Before we remove the original staining from your hardwood floors. We prep the entire home making sure everything is covered and ready for sanding.

Sanding does lift up dust but nothing to serious. We use vacuums and open windows to make sure the air is circulating in and out the home.
Sanding typically takes us a day to complete, but it all depends on the size of the project.
