We work on both residential and commercial roofing projects, and we have plenty of work available.

***We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a 350-square roofing project in just one and a half days.

This represents the largest shingle installation project undertaken by KTB to date. Our crews demonstrated exceptional skill and efficiency throughout the process. The project involved the removal of the existing shingles, followed by the installation of IKO Dynasty Cornerstone architectural shingles, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing outcome.

Originally, we had scheduled two days for the work; however, it was necessary to complete the project over the weekend to accommodate the client's operational requirements. Remarkably, our team was able to nearly finish the installation within one day, with only a return visit needed to install the ridge cap and conduct a detailed cleanup. This project has presented significant challenges. We have successfully installed 115 square of D5 smoked timber vinyl siding, meticulously trimmed with PVC board. Despite adverse weather conditions, including cold temperatures and muddy terrain, we are nearing completion of this building, with three additional, larger structures being built. Furthermore, new soffit and custom-bent fascia metal have been incorporated. Please contact us for any interior or exterior construction requirements. We offer comprehensive services.
