DevlinLee Designs New builds • Remodels • Custom Cabinetry • Handmade Furniture Our business started from a love story: My wife and I met in our early 20’s. The idea struck!

We were like minded and full of energy. My wife was moving out from her family home and needed some furniture for her empty apartment. I found a truck load of pallets tore them down to the individual boards. With a hammer and nails a pallet coffee table was made…. After the coffee table came side tables and an entry way table. By this time the 400sqft apartment looked like faux room display from a

big furniture store. To that end, the apartment was our first display. DevlinLee Designs opened in 2016 selling one design, a pallet coffee table. The pallet coffee tables we made grew into a line of pallet furniture. Our product line was small but steadily growing thanks to custom order requests from customers. Realizing that cutting and puling pallets apart was not as practical. We began to source wood from a local sawmill. The mill used beetle killed forestry to make flooring. The beetle killed wood had a very distinct staining and was beautiful. The wood was so beautiful we began to build dining room tables. And at this time my wife and I had bought our first house. Naturally we began to fix up our old house and in doing so the beautiful beetle killed wood became our new kitchen cabinetry. Since DevlinLee Designs opened we have studied comparable designs and wood materials; and our products are amazing! Not just the designs and the prices, but the real value is in the craftsmanship. Our furniture is made with real wood, not particle board and stickers. Our kitchen cabinets are senceabley designed but also made with a timeless preforming plywood and real, solid hardwood doors and drawers. This standard of craftsmanship follows through to our construction projects as well. The ideas behind our business are sastanability and affordability. Sastanability- Today we source a variety of woods from local tree services and use a local sawmill. Moreover we design and build our products and service to last! Affordability- its simple, our prices aren’t marked to line pockets. Our prices are a calculation for time, material, and overhead which equals a fair price for our products and services! DevlinLee Designs is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team.

We are hiring full-time or part-time team members for residential construction projects throughout Crawford, Richland, Marion, and the surrounding counties.

Responsibilities include:
🔨 Framing
🪚Carpentry & Finish work
🏠Roofing
🛠️ General Residential Construction

We're looking for individuals who:
✔️ Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
✔️ Can safely use basic hand and power tools
✔️ Are comfortable working on ladders and at heights
✔️ Take pride in quality craftsmanship
✔️ Show up on time and are eager to learn

Construction experience is preferred but not required. If you're motivated, willing to work hard, and want to build a career with a company that values craftsmanship and integrity, we'd like to hear from you!
