For 22 years, Kadrae has demonstrated the knowledge, reliability and work ethic that make a difference in our daily operations.
Over the last six months, Kadrae took on the challenge of leading our District Heights plant, which is one of the busiest, highest-production ready-mix facility in the Mid-Atlantic region with a team of over 20 CDPs.
Since taking on the role, Kadrae has helped transform the culture of the plant while building a team focused on efficiency, safety, quality and teamwork. He is willing to work whatever hours are needed, including nights, weekends and metro station projects, and is always ready to lend a hand to other plants without complaint.
His dedication to getting the job done right, every time, is a reflection of the Chaney Way. His leadership has helped create a plant where people want to come to work, while maintaining the high standards we expect.
