Today and Tomorrow Turf is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our crew starting immediately.

We specialize in high-end Top Dressing services—this is NOT your typical mowing or landscaping job. We focus on improving lawn health and delivering golf-course-quality results.

In fact, most of our clients come to us through landscapers because we improve lawn health, making it easier to maintain long-term. Many landscapers refer us since we have the specialized equipment to get the job done right.

-This is a hands-on, outdoor position (40+ hrs/week)
-You MUST be comfortable driving a pickup truck with a utility trailer and small (non-CDL) dump truck
-Starting pay: $17/hr + overtime (with quick increases based on performance)

We’re currently finalizing routes for the upcoming Top Dressing Season; coordinating treatments across a wide area from Chapel Hill to Smithfield and from Rocky Mount to Fayetteville, with 140+ clients already on the calendar.

Even though we don’t completely agree with putting down 100% sand, this is a great breakdown of whether paying someone to top dress your lawn is worth it. It’s an expensive service and not in everyone’s budget. This is HARD work, and even with the equipment we’ve invested in, the labor and costs behind it are significant.
