ποΈ **Senior Commercial Construction Estimator / Project Manager**
π Garwood, NJ
π Full-time | In person
π΅ Base salary: **$70,000β$80,000**
π Expected total compensation: **$100,000β$175,000+**
π° Uncapped incentive compensation based on profitable work sold and managed

As our commercial division continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of projects, and become an important part of our team.
π **The right candidate will be able to:**
β
Review commercial construction plans and specifications
β
Perform complete takeoffs
β
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
β
Negotiate project scope
β
Follow up with general contractors
β
Manage awarded projects from start to finish
β
Track budgets, change orders, billing, schedules, and profitability
β
Help mentor junior estimating staff
Commercial fencing experience is strongly preferred, but we will also consider experienced estimators from related trades, including sitework, structural steel, ornamental metals, concrete, electrical, access control, security, landscape construction, and other Division 32 work.
We are looking for someone dependable, organized, experienced, and drivenβsomeone who understands that getting the job is only the beginning. The work must also be estimated accurately, managed properly, and remain profitable.
