It's been awhile since we posted anything. The pandemic caused timber markets to basically cease...but we have remained crazy busy.

Many of you know we provide home site, construction prep and pads, fill dirt, land clearing, gravel hauling, timber evaluation and logging. We had our dirt tested and it passed for construction grade. We also have top soil available.

We have had the honor of managing several tracts of timber. We work along side the property owners and the Forestry Department with a timber plan.

Most people don't realize it's a time game. Allowing the timber to be thinned at the right time and then cut when they are mature. This is what planted pines at there look like at there peak. We are so proud of the maturity of the stand of planted pines.

It really doesn't get much better!

We have been busy clearing for a few home sites and juggling logging jobs.

It was time to invest in some new equipment. Welcome...new to us..a dump truck!! Dirt and gravel hauling just got easier. Now time to get it decaled and spit shined.
