We are looking for a Construction Supervisor!
Plumber must have at least 10 years of New construction,upfit and service experience in COMMERCIAL Plumbing. (Some Residential as well will be Required)
Must live within 1 hour of Myrtle Beach and 2 hours from Charleston
This is a hands on position that will require punch items to be completed/Helping Subcontractors. Coordinate with General Contractors and Sub Crews and Suppliers.
Requirements:
10+ years Commercial Plumbing
3+ Years Managing workers in all Phases
Valid drivers License and Good driving History
Authorized to work in the US
Drug free and Pass Random Drug Screenings
Must be able to interpret all aspects of Blueprint Isometrics ect.
Complete job take off Material list
Excellent Time Management
Be Available and on worksites by 7:30AM.
Be able to work/email with phone or Tablets
Travel up to 2 hours 1 way (no overnight)

Salary range:
$65,000-$110,000 DOE
