✨ This wall was failing due to no drainage, geogrid and an improper base.

We dug the hillside back so they could gain a little more room and installed a new Versa-lok retaining wall with proper drainage, geogrid and a corrected base.

To finish it off, we cleaned up the area between the house and wall, and installed river rock for a clean look. ✨

🌟 This customer had drainage issues since their pool was put in. We dug up the previously installed drainage system that was causing their basement to flood and water backup on their patio during heavy rains due to improper grades. We installed a new system with proper grades along with a french drain and tied gutters and house foundation drain to carry the water beyond the pool and away from the house. We installed a catch basin and ran that out to daylight at a lower point, and then installed stepping stones and Maya steps up a slope to allow for easy access to the pool area. 🌟

✨This place had an old, deteriorating, and partially unlevel brick patio and leaning wall. We were able to rip everything out and replace it with a new Versa-lok retaining wall, steps and pillar with Blackburn treads and caps, as well as a new concrete patio area. ✨

✨ ✨ These customers had an old, rotted deck as well as rot at the back of the garage from lack of drainage and proper grade that was pitched towards the garage.

- We repaired the rot and installed proper drainage as well by re-routing the drainage and installing a channel drain.

- We installed a 14x24 patio with landscaping to give it a whole new look.

- We replaced the front walkway and out of code steps and installed Versa-lok steps and landing with Bluestone treads. Then we finished the front with additional landscaping to complete the look. ✨✨
