Old decks and porches can come with hidden repairs.

For this North Potomac project, we repaired the existing framing before installing new porch flooring, screens, pressure-treated deck boards, low-maintenance vinyl railings, and steps leading to the patio.

We finished the wood with a semi-transparent redwood stain and added a new ceiling fan and perimeter security lights.
