The kitchen ceiling is one step closer to its final reveal, with its finish coat complete and ready for a light sanding, primer, and fresh coat of paint.

If you require the services of a skilled architect, Smith Company Design is an excellent choice. He demonstrated expertise in a complex project in Hagerstown, designing egress stairs for a commercial property undergoing restoration, and achieved outstanding results. Don deserves recognition for his valuable contribution to the approval process of the blueprints.

I kicked off my day at 6:30 this morning, determined to make the most of the cooler hours. I made great progress on the soffit and j channel on the left side gable, the front and half of the porch roof. Weather permitting, I'll be back at it tomorrow, ready to tackle the next phase. The heat may be intense, but I'm feeling energized and motivated to keep pushing forward. The roof is 95% complete.

I successfully completed the gable end installation utilizing LP Smart Siding and achieved significant progress on the front and left side, installing the j-channel and soffit up to the peak.

Today marked a significant milestone as we successfully installed all the LP Smart Siding and brick moulding around the doors. We also made great progress on the ledger for the deck, setting us up for a strong next step. With momentum on our side, we're looking forward to tackling the gable side tomorrow, weather permitting.
