We stepped outside our comfort zone to take on a new type of project for a fantastic client who trusted us to deliver exactly what they envisioned. The scope: a 30' x 11' paver patio with plans for a gazebo over one side. We completed the patio, built the gazebo, and wrapped up another job done right.

We just wrapped up a successful project for one of our valued clients who was dealing with rodent issues in their pump house insulation. Immediately we removed the old insulation and discovered multiple live mice. After thoroughly cleaning the area and applying a specialized cleaning solution, we sealed up all the entry points to prevent future intrusions. We then replaced the old insulation with fresh rigid foam for better durability and insulation. Next on our agenda is installing a brand new exterior door to ensure those pesky rodents stay out for good! 🐭🔒

For this project, we worked with clients who had a front porch deck suffering from significant sagging in the middle, as well as another deck with a damaged railing in need of repair. We replaced the front porch deck with a brand-new, sturdy entrance deck and restored the railing on the second deck to ensure both safety and aesthetics. In this project, we completely transformed the home by replacing all the old, outdated aluminum-framed windows with sleek, energy-efficient windows, enhancing both the look and comfort of the space. The worn-out carpet was removed throughout the entire home and replaced with a stylish, modern laminate flooring that instantly elevated the aesthetic. To top it off, we installed brand-new trim that seamlessly tied everything together, giving the home a polished, finished look.

This was an incredibly rewarding project, breathing new life into the home and giving it the facelift it truly deserved.
