This project featured a drop-in whirlpool bath tub installation, and getting it right starts long before the tub goes in. 🛁

✔️ The framing was completed before setting the tub to ensure proper support and fit
✔️ Precise measurements were critical for a clean, seamless installation
✔️ Since this is a whirlpool bath tub, dedicated electrical had to be run for the motor and functionality
✔️ Tile work around the tub was carefully planned and installed for a clean finish and proper water protection

Another bathroom transformation in the works! 🚿✨

For this project, we used Kerdie-board panels with thinset and RedGard to create a fully waterproof tile assembly built to last. The next step was applying tile adhesive to securely bond the tile to the boards for a clean, durable finish.

To create a balanced and professional look, we started the first tile directly from the center point, giving the entire layout a symmetrical design that really makes the space stand out.

We also custom built a shower niche and added shelving for convenient storage of shampoos, soaps, and all the everyday essentials. Functional and stylish! 🙌
This project turned out amazing, and the finished look completely upgraded the bathroom space.

From bare concrete to a durable, finished surface ✨

This project wasn’t a “before and after” transformation — it’s the process of taking a raw concrete floor and turning it into a clean, sealed epoxy system with decorative flakes.

Prep is everything in work like this. Proper grinding, cleaning, and surface prep are what make the epoxy bond correctly and last. Once the base is ready, the coating and flakes go down to create a tough, easy-to-maintain finish that looks as good as it performs.

A simple concrete slab is just the starting point, the real work is in the prep and detail.

Out of sight doesn’t mean out of mind 👀

This bathroom remodel started with something most homeowners never see… a completely rotten subfloor. What looked fine on the surface was hiding serious damage underneath.

We tore it out, rebuilt the foundation properly, and finished it off with brand new flooring and a fresh vanity to bring the space back to life.

We tackled this space from top to bottom to make it cleaner, safer, and protected for the long haul.

✔️ Scraped basement walls to remove loose paint
✔️ Treated surfaces with bleach to kill mold
✔️ Applied waterproofing paint to protect the walls
✔️ Removed cobwebs and debris
✔️ Broke loose damaged concrete on the floor
✔️ Applied durable basement floor paint
✔️ Created negative air pressure with an AFD to prevent mold spores from traveling through the home
