We’re taking a break from our usual talk about protecting the outside of your home. Today, we want to talk about what's happening on the inside, and we want to use this space to talk about something far more important than roofing.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

As a board member of Sophie's Squad, Adam sees so many youth athletes and young adults struggling with the pressure to perform and the stigma of admitting they're hurting.

We have to change the culture. We have to make it normal to talk about anxiety, depression, and the heavy days. No one should ever feel like they're failing just because they're struggling.

Our message is simple: You're not alone. It's okay to take days off. It's okay to make mistakes. It's okay to not be okay.
