This custom pergola was handcrafted by our team to add warmth, character, and just the right amount of architectural detail to this outdoor space.

And with the lanterns glowing and the fire going… it’s pretty hard not to start dreaming about fall nights. 🍂

If fall were a room… 🍂

We completed this project last year, and with fall right around the corner, it felt like the perfect time to bring it back.

Deep moody greens, warm wood tones, layers of texture, velvet, and that soft glow from the lighting — this space has all the cozy, collected feelings we love about fall.

And this project will always be an extra special one for us — it was featured on MaineLife !

This week’s progress on our Cumberland project!

‼️ PROJECT SCOPE ⬇️

🚗 Adding a third bay to existing garage

🔨Connecting above the garage space to the main house (previously no pass through)

🛌 Building two new bedrooms above the garage.

🧼 Building a full bathroom.

🧺Building a full laundry room.

💻 Building a brand new office.

🪚 Creating a finished second staircase up to these spaces.

🧸 Adding a functional storage/play space for the growing family!

🛁 Fully renovating an existing bathroom, while we’re here 💕

This is the kind of renovation we love to take on. It isn’t simply about adding square footage—it’s about looking at a home as a whole and finding a way to make it work beautifully for the people living there. Every part of this project has been customized around our clients’ needs and wish list, allowing us to check off everything they wanted while adding function, character, and thoughtful detail along the way.

The result will be an entirely new section of their home that feels intentional, connected, and completely their own.

A 1915 home. A fire. Months of careful restoration. And hundreds of pieces of original woodwork saved, restored and put back where they belonged.

This one was so much more than a renovation. 🤍

We wanted this home to feel happy again—full of color, character and all the beautiful details that made it special in the first place.

From start to finish, this is Kennebunk.

The range wall deserved its own moment. 🤎 A little old-world, a little unexpected, and designed to feel like it could have always belonged in this 1915 Kennebunk home. The mural, dark oak, unlacquered brass and exposed brick might just be one of my favorite combinations in the entire project.
