Jacob joined Blessing Co. in December 2024 and works as one of our HVAC Service Technicians. Since joining the team, he’s been helping customers keep their homes comfortable and their HVAC systems running smoothly.
Away from the job, Jacob enjoys going for walks with his family and spending time at their cabin up north. Whether he’s getting some fresh air on a family walk or enjoying a getaway at the cabin, he likes making the most of his time with family.

Meet Gavin!
Gavin joined our plumbing team in 2022 and has continued to grow and excel in the trade. He takes pride in his work and caring for our customers’ homes, and we’re grateful to have him on the Blessing team!

Outside of work, Gavin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. He also loves hunting and fishing with his dad at their cabin in Northern Michigan, a special way to enjoy the outdoors and time together.💙

Meet Lori!
Lori is our Payroll and HR Manager, with more than 30 years of experience in accounting and HR. She has an incredible ability to remember all of the little details and takes pride in getting things right. Our team can count on her to make sure their paychecks arrive on time and accurately, which makes her a pretty popular person around the office!

Outside of work, Lori loves being outdoors in every season, whether she’s gardening, biking, swimming, or floating in the pool. She also enjoys painting, reading, and cooking. Her husband, their two sons and daughters-in-law, and all the family dogs keep life busy and fun.

Lori says her favorite part of Blessing is the people: “The humor and genuine goodwill exhibited make Blessing a great place to work.” We’re lucky to have her on our team!💙
