This kitchen remodel idea started off as just a dream. The clients thinking it couldn’t be done because Multiple load bearing walls needed to be removed and re-transferred through three different ceiling heights, 30 year old glazing that the client absolutely loved needed to be preserved and matched and old carpet and tile throughout the house had to go. But there was more: Three bathrooms needed a facelift, ceilings that were cracking needed repaired, baseboard heat needed to be eliminated with a new heating and cooling system, and subfloor that the previous contractor damaged was just merely covered by concrete board and dated tile.
We told our client to trust the process and watch us work, and that’s exactly what we did. No corners cut, no expense spared, we took this north GJ 1990’s home and transformed the interior into a modern day luxury home.
