🚧 2026 Excavation & Construction Pricing — Kissick Construction 🚧
Here are my base rates for 2026:
• Mini Excavator Work — $110 / hour
• Skid Steer Work — $105 / hour
• Operator + Machine — included
• Mobilization fee in town if job is less than 3 hours - $150
• Outside of town — depends on distance
Services I provide:
✔ Trenching (power, water, gas, irrigation)
✔ Driveway prep & grading
✔ Drainage & downspouts
✔ Concrete prep & pad prep
✔ Land clearing & brush removal
✔ Gravel spreading & road repair
✔ Yard leveling & landscaping prep
✔ Small demolition
✔️ Septic and leechfield installation certified
