It's very common for these flowering trees to turn black due to insets and mold. The first 2 pictures are in April. One before we gave it a scrub and the other after. The last one is in May sent by a happy client! If your Crepe Myrtles are turning black, give us a call to get them treated!

The sod in the picture is called Emerald Zoysia. It has a fine and soft texture. It also does good in partial shade. It's a good choice if you are wanting to replace St. Augustine.
