Yard Hydrant Install

Customer was looking to bring water out to their garage and garden area where they plan on hosting three weddings later this summer.

We came in and bored a couple lines several hundred feet—crossing a creek in the process.

Glad we were able to provide them this service without trenching across their whole yard. I am sure the grass and garden will be beautiful and luscious for the weddings now that they will have a means of irrigation.

Imagine this—You find the perfect house, make an offer, and get it under contract. Inspections come back and there is an issue with your sewer. This puts you in jeopardy of losing the deal you worked tirelessly to get.

That’s what happened to this customer. We were able to get out there the same week and make the necessary fix. No pushing back the close date on this deal.

Prime example of why a sewer inspection is a good idea when purchasing real estate.

Septic tank replacement

This customer’s concrete septic tanks had deteriorated to a point where they were no longer functioning properly. Our guys crushed, pumped, and filled the existing tanks. We set them up with a couple new infiltrator tanks upping their tank capacity about 30% to account for recently added square footage on their home. They now are good to go for years to come!
