The Community Foundation for Muskegon County hired the Baltimore-based Chesapeake Group to develop plans for the Morris Street parking lot site. The suggestion is for a mixed-use development centered around a "market" but also including retail, office and residential uses.

D9 Systems was a proud participant in the construction of the Farmers Insurance Expansion in Caledonia, MI over the past 18 months. D9 was the prime interior contractor providing all of the steel stud framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, spray on fireproofing and EIFS. Congratulations to Farmers Insurance and many thanks to Farmers Insurance and Wolverine Building Group for being such great customers to work for.

The company needed the space to house the 1,600 new hires they plan over the next four to five years.
