We used our mini skid steer to pull this one safely away from the house, then got everything hauled out and cleaned up.

This pine had a major crack through the trunk and was leaning over the neighbor’s property, making a traditional removal unsafe. Our crew rigged it down in a controlled manner to protect the neighboring fence, yard, and surrounding property.

When trees fail, careful planning and proper rigging are what keep everyone and everything below safe.

West Roots Tree Service is Hiring

We’re looking to add another team member to our growing crew in West Michigan.

This is physically demanding outdoor work that isn’t for everyone, but it can be incredibly rewarding for the right person. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Tree experience is not required.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Works well as part of a team
• Values safety and takes pride in their work
• Is comfortable with physically demanding labor
• Is willing to learn new skills and operate equipment safely
• Has a valid driver’s license
• Is dependable and motivated
• Can work long days when needed

Experience is welcome, but we’re happy to train the right person.
