CAMM Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial projects throughout the Kansas City area.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of the jobsite—someone who can lead subcontractors, manage schedules, communicate clearly, identify problems early, and keep projects moving while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.

What you’ll do:

🔸 Lead daily jobsite operations
🔸 Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections and deliveries
🔸 Manage short-term schedules and project milestones
🔸 Review plans, specifications and project requirements
🔸 Identify field issues and develop practical solutions
🔸 Maintain quality-control and jobsite safety standards
🔸 Track daily progress and communicate with the project team
🔸 Maintain an organized, professional and client-ready jobsite
🔸 Coordinate punch lists, closeout and project turnover

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 5+ years of commercial construction experience
✔️ 3+ years leading commercial projects as a superintendent or assistant superintendent
✔️ Experience with ground-up construction, renovations and tenant improvements
✔️ Strong understanding of plans, specifications, scheduling and construction sequencing
✔️ Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and jobsite safety
✔️ Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Experience taking projects from mobilization through closeout, OSHA 30 certification, Procore experience, Kansas City-area trade relationships, and experience in medical, office, retail, automotive or industrial construction are all a plus.
