Here’s a room over a garage we just completed. We insulated walls and ceiling had electrical added for lighting and ceiling fans, installed sheet rock and finished it. I made a shiplap accent wall with some leftover T&G pine flooring i had and custom built two attic access doors that still need to be white washed. Home owners painted everything.
