Project Managers across IMI companies came together recently for learning, collaboration, and genuine team building.

It's easy to work silently in your own corner. It's harder, and more valuable, to pause and connect with peers facing similar challenges, and sharpen your thinking together.

That's what this training is about. Stronger PMs. Better decisions. Better builds!

On this 25th anniversary of September 11th, we pause to honor the lives lost and the heroes who ran toward danger.

A quarter century has passed, but the memory and the lessons remain indelible.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Be the person who checks in. Be the person who listens. Be the person who says "how are you, really?"

Mental health is a critical issue in our industry. On World Su***de Prevention Day, and every other day of the year, we remember that connection and conversation can save lives. Small moments of vulnerability create space for healing. A genuine check-in can remind someone they're not alone.

Mental health struggles aren't weakness, they're part of being human. Let's give ourselves and each other permission to talk about what we're going through, openly and without shame.

Let's talk about mental health. Let's look out for each other. Let's show up, truly and fully, for the people in our lives and on our teams. Because everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.

Every summer brings new ideas, fresh perspectives, and talented individuals who are eager to make a difference, and this year's IMI interns certainly delivered.

Over the past several months, our interns have worked alongside teams across the company, tackling meaningful projects, learning from experienced professionals, and developing solutions designed to help optimize the way we work at icon Mechanical, iENG Design, eagle Controls, and iSuite.

As they wrapped up their internships, each intern presented their final projects, showcasing not only what they learned, but the lasting impact their work can have on IMI. To celebrate an incredible summer together, we gathered at the bowling alley to recognize everyone's hard work and present awards to this year's project winners.

Thank you to each of our interns for your dedication, creativity, and willingness to take on new challenges. You've made a difference, and we're excited to see where your careers take you next.
