This Memorial Day, Beeman’s Excavating honors and remembers the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸 Their sacrifice is the foundation of the freedoms we enjoy every day, and we are forever grateful. As we work hard building and shaping our communities, we do so with pride, integrity, and appreciation for those who made it all possible. Today we pause to remember the fallen, honor their legacy, and thank the families who carry that sacrifice with them every day. From all of us at Beeman’s Excavating thank you to our heroes.

Since 1947, the Beeman’s name has stood for more than excavation, it’s stood for integrity, hard work, and pride in every project we take on. For generations, we’ve built our reputation the same way we build the ground beneath us, with precision, honesty, and a commitment to doing the job right. Every load moved, every grade checked, and every project completed reflects the values this company was founded on nearly 80 years ago. The logo may represent our history, but the work we perform every day is what continues to define the Beeman’s name. Pride in our craft, respect for our customers, and dedication to quality remain at the heart of everything we do.

Young Buck is putting in the work, staying busy repairing and maintaining the roads around the pit to keep everything running smooth and efficient. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew is on the move, hauling gravel to build up stock and stay ahead of the demand. Everyone is doing their part to keep operations moving strong. We’re focused on keeping the pit in top shape and making sure we’re ready for whatever comes next. Prayers to all the unfortunate families dealing with the high rivers!

Today, we commemorate Rod, affectionately known as Grandpa Rod or PaPa Chip, a pivotal figure in Beeman's Excavation as a third-generation team member alongside his brother Gary. His unwavering passion for the company was evident in every aspect, particularly in his meticulous care for his Sterling quad axle truck, which he would lovingly wash and wax Saturdays. The truck, a testament to his pride, earned several accolades at local truck shows. Although Rod passed away three years ago, his legacy within the community and the company remains indelible. His dedication to delivering top-notch services, whether navigating through town in his sterling to screening topsoil and fill sand, left an enduring impact. Rod is deeply missed by his colleagues and family, who fondly recall his mantra, “Shake the hand that shook the world,” a phrase that encapsulates his tireless work ethic and commitment. We extend our sincerest gratitude for his invaluable contributions to our company.
