I have a customer who pays for his lawn service on the 1st of every month. I received his payment today, but with how dry it’s been, there really isn’t any grass to cut right now.

I called him and offered to apply this month’s payment toward next month’s lawn maintenance instead. He told me not to worry about it, to keep the payment, and said he’s very happy with the work our crew has been doing.

It’s good to know there are still good people out there who appreciate honest, hard work. We truly appreciate customers like this! 🙏🏼
