Can someone tell me what the findings were on this report? Delete if not allowed.

I'm sorry I haven't given any more updates. This has caused so much trauma within our family. These are the reports from Duke. Holly is still taking antibiotics for the infection that she sustained from the gunshot wound. Prince was scheduled to go to Oakland Tennessee to have surgery today but we just can't afford it. I am torn up about this. In the police report that I picked up the man that shot my dog stated that he fired three times missing once. If someone has any experience in medical terminology and could decipher this report for me a bit better that would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to share the GoFundMe on my page again in hopes that some people may be able to contribute if you can't contribute monetarily just sharing the post and making our story known would be great and we are forever grateful for all the love and support that the community of Greenbrier and Conway Arkansas have shown.
