This might be the most dynamic before and after we have ever done. We just finished it today. On the original walk through the customer requested all new cabinets, but their cabinets were structurally sound and better quality than new ones. So we swapped out doors and added soft close shakers, along with adding new uppers on top of the old ones. This saved about $13K. We added nine faux can lights which brightened the room enormously. A large new island with storage, new faucet and sink, elegant quartz countertops, LVP flooring, and a large amount of paint to complete the look. We also built a custom pantry out if a jut in the wall between the living room and kitchen, which had been mostly wasted space. A good contractor will always work with the customer to find ways to save money and maximize available space.

Herringbone pattern luxury vinyl plank flooring on this job. A very difficult installation, and yes, it makes you dizzy when you walk through the room.

I always wanted to have a secret room, so we just built one. This is the tiny house we completed in May of last year. It's a tiny room in a tiny house, but good enough to hold a HWH and a full house water filter. The door is massive and can only be lifted with two people. This was a fun design and fun install.

Teal tile time! I just love these bold colors, a great departure from the current black and white or gray trend. The shower panel features multiple body jets and a soft blue light. This stall was designed with a very low curb, suitable for persons with ambulatory challenges. Originally we installed a built in fold up bench, but the customer decided to forego that in lieu of a conventional removable seat. We were able to reuse the door and accompanying pony wall glass, which saved a couple of thousand dollars.

Sometimes a repair is all that's needed instead of a complete shower overhaul. This one was leaking in the pan so we tore out the old tile, repaired the pan, and went back with white penny tile. It's a very unique look, and saved the customer around $5,000.
