🚨 ATTENTION DOUBLE A. CREWS! 🚨

We have a very serious situation developing at the shop…

CHRISTMAS BRAGGING RIGHTS ARE ON THE LINE. 😂🎄

Our Toys for Tots toy drive officially includes a friendly crew competition!

🚜 Lawn Care

🌱 Fertilizer & Pest Control
❄️ Snow Removal

Every donated toy can count toward the crew of YOUR choice!

Which crew do you think is taking home the Christmas crown? 👑

Drop your predictions below. The trash talk is officially open. 😂

And remember — the real winners are the kids who get to experience a little extra Christmas joy. ❤️

❄️ WINTER READY FRIDAY!

November 1 is right around the corner, and you know what that means…

It’s almost time to trade lawn mowers and leaf blowers for plows and salt spreaders! 🚜

A few reminders for our winter clients:

❄️ Our winter service contracts become effective November 1.

❄️ Our snow plowing trigger is 2 inches.

❄️ Commercial properties and keeping access lanes open are a priority during active storms.

❄️ Complete cleanup may happen after the storm ends, depending on conditions.

Our crews are preparing behind the scenes so we’re ready when Michigan decides to do Michigan things. 😂

Who’s ready for the first snowfall? We’re not asking who wants it… just who’s READY. 👀

🚨🎄 OPERATION: FILL THAT BOX! IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY! 🎄🚨

Alright, DOUBLE A. family. We’ve got a mission, and we’re recruiting all 801 of you! 👀

Our shop is an official Toys for Tots donation location this holiday season, and we’ve decided that simply putting out a collection box isn’t nearly enough fun.

WE. WANT. TO. FILL. IT. 🎁

So we’re launching OPERATION: FILL THAT BOX!

🎯 Mission #1: Collect 50 new, unwrapped toys.

🎯 Mission #2: Keep going until we hit 100!

🎯 Mission #3: Make Christmas a little brighter for as many children as we can.

And because we can’t do anything around here without a little competition, we’re bringing our crews into it. 😂

🚜 Team Lawn Care
🍂 Team Landscape
🌱 Team Fertilizer & Pest
❄️ Team Snow Removal

When you drop off your donation, pick the team you want your toy credited to. We’ll track the totals and post a leaderboard every Friday!

📍 Drop-off: DOUBLE A. shop in Greenville
📱 Call or text 616-255-7204 to coordinate a time.
🎁 New, unwrapped toys only, please!

No donation is too small, and you don’t have to be a DOUBLE A. client to participate.

Let’s see what this community can do. 💙💚

SMALL TOYS. BIG JOY. ONE AMAZING COMMUNITY.

🍂 TIP TUESDAY | MULCH ’EM OR REMOVE ’EM?

Not every leaf needs to be hauled away!

🍃 A light layer of dry leaves can often be mulched right into your lawn with a mower, returning organic matter to the soil.

🍂 But when leaves get thick, wet and matted down? That’s a different story.

Heavy leaf coverage blocks sunlight, traps moisture and can damage the grass underneath.

Our advice? Don’t let your lawn disappear under a blanket of leaves all winter.

We’re preparing for fall cleanups for our existing clients now!

Well, hello there! 👋🏼 It’s been a minute since we’ve checked in over here, but don’t worry — DOUBLE A. is still out here doing our thing! 💙💚

We’re officially in that awkward Michigan season where we’re mowing grass, watching leaves fall, preparing for fall cleanups AND getting ready for snow. Because apparently one season at a time is too much to ask. 😂

🍃 Lawn Care: Weekly mowing continues while the grass is growing, with October 31 being our seasonal cutoff.

🍂 Fall Cleanups: Coming up! Our current clients remain our priority, and we’re not accepting additional non-client cleanups at this time.

❄️ Snow & Ice Management: Winter service contracts become effective November 1! We’re busy getting equipment, crews and routes ready.

🏢 Office & Shop: Appointments are still strongly encouraged. We’re balancing office responsibilities, family schedules and everything in between.

We’ve also got some fun things coming to this page — helpful tips, behind-the-scenes content and maybe even a GIVEAWAY! 👀

Thanks for sticking around and supporting our small business through every season.

🍁 Sunday reminder: Winter will be here before we know it! ❄️

We’re soaking up these beautiful fall colors while we can, but behind the scenes we’re already preparing for the season ahead.

🚜 Finishing out our mowing season

🍂 Preparing for fall cleanups for some our current clients

❄️ Finalizing winter routes and preparing equipment

💚 Keeping properties looking their best through the changing seasons

It’s a busy time of year for our team, but we’re thankful to be doing what we do!

What’s on your weekend agenda?!

🏈 Kids’ sports & running all over creation

We’re personally big fans of that last option lately. 😂

💙💚 FRIDAY SHOUTOUT TO OUR CREW!

Sometimes you don’t realize just how incredible your team is until life throws a few curveballs your way.

Between surgeries, hospital stays, schedule changes, and the usual chaos of running a business, our guys have continued showing up and getting the job done.

A special shoutout to Fisher for stepping up even more than usual while Aaron recovers, and to every single member of our team for keeping DOUBLE A. moving forward.

We’re incredibly thankful for these guys. They deserve a whole lot more recognition than they get!

Drop some appreciation for our crew below! 👏

🍁 FALL DEBATE! 🍁

When it comes to leaves in your yard, which person are you?!

🍂 A — They’re beautiful! Leave them alone!

🚜 B — The second they hit the ground, they gotta GO.

😂 C — I’ll worry about them when I can’t see my grass anymore.

We’re curious where everyone stands! 👇

🍂 A little midweek update from DOUBLE A.!

October is here and things are moving right along… even if life behind the scenes has been a little chaotic lately. 😂

🚜 Our lawn care crews are still mowing weekly while the grass keeps growing.

💦 Irrigation winterizations were completed today.

🍁 Fall cleanups are right around the corner!

❄️ And yes… snow season is creeping up on us faster than we’d like to admit.

Bossman is still on the injured reserve list, but Fisher and the rest of our awesome crew are keeping things rolling while Britt holds down the office (sometimes remotely 😅).

As always, we appreciate your patience, understanding, and support! 💙💚
