After "Partnering up" on the tennis court for over five years and helping each other redesign our own personal homes, we decided to be partners in a home design and renovation business called MK Fox Designs. We just purchased our first property and named it the Union House. To be certain, this first flip started out l

ooking more like a flop to any passerby. In just a few short days, Union is taking shape and is showing why good bones and a great location can support a substantial redesign.
