Don’t overcomplicate it! Lighting is simple.

💡One of the most frequent questions I get about the grow room is if there is a particular kind of light that you need for your seeds to grow.

The short answer is no. 😄

In the past, I’ve used old-school shop lights, lights with and without different spectrums and LED lights. They all work, and I don’t notice a difference in the health or strength of my seedlings!

This often overlooked detail is key for successful seed starting!

Shelf spacing is very important because your germination rate will be much lower without your humidity dome.

Don’t set your grow room up without being sure you’ve got all the room you need!
