We've got the work, we need the help - and at $25-$40 PER HOUR, we pay the HIGHEST INDUSTRY WAGES anywhere in Hawaii!! We pay for drive time, down time, and you'll get Sundays and Holidays off; as well as most Saturdays!
Included tasks are w**d whacking, blowing, push mowing, riding mowing, and light hedge trimming. NO tree trimming; NO irrigation; and we do NOT pull w**ds - ever! This is easy labor, on beautiful properties, for top wages plus great perks!
Typical day - Arrive at shop in Haiku at 7:30, clock starts at 8. We do 4-7 jobs per day, and are back at the shop by 4:30 or 5 every day.
****You must live on Northshore to be eligible for this position.****
We will re-train you to our standards, but you MUST HAVE experience in all of the tasks listed above. Equally important - you are expected to have a good attitude; conduct yourself with professionalism around your crew and our clients at all times; and above all, you must be 'coachable'. Northshore Lawncare's impeccable reputation has been built upon the quality of our work, and the strength of the relationships we have built with our clients. We hire slow, and fire fast - so we are not looking for the first person, we are looking for the right person.
*All pay structures are 1099 and are paid via company check every other Friday:
- First 30 days are at $25/hr
- Next 60 days are at $30/hr
- Foreman wages start at $35/hr - $40hr depending on experience.
*Each pay raise is based on a performance review; these are not automatic.
**You must have considerable experience driving a trailer to be considered for a Foreman position.
Our service areas are Northshore (Sprecks to Twin Falls), and Upcountry (Makawao, Pukalani, Haliimaile, Lower Olinda, Lower Kula). You must have reliable vehicle to get to and from work. You won't be asked to use your vehicle for work purposes during the day, but I do need assurance you will be on time everyday.
