Swipe to see the assembly process of our custom building kit for an off-grid cabin recently completed in Upstate New York! 🌲

This one is tucked into the woods with sweeping mountain views, and it’s a perfect example of what our panelized system can do. The entire exterior shell went up and watertight in just 5 days on site. Framing, ZIP sheathing, windows, doors, and siding all pre-fitted in our factory and delivered as a kit that goes together fast. ⚡

The result speaks for itself: clean charcoal board-and-batten siding, a single-slope roof, and a wall of glass to take in the surrounding forest. Durable, efficient, and built to last out there off the grid. 😍

As always, we handle the exterior shell. In this case, we built structural floor panels as well to make everything as easy as possible. Whether this design speaks to you or you’ve got something entirely different in mind, our design team is ready to help bring your vision to life. Reach out to get started! 🙂

INCOMING 🚨

Cedar-clad new build dropping in Woodstock NY. 5,000 sqft main house + garage + pool house combo, all tied together under that black standing seam roof.

Built in a factory, quality controlled at every step, then delivered and assembled on site in a fraction of the time of traditional construction. Locked-in price from day one. No change orders, no budget creep, no surprise invoices six months in.

Floor-to-ceiling glass running the entire back elevation, catching every angle of the tree line. Pool deck cantilevered right off the bedrock, natural stone foundation doing the heavy lifting. Twin gable forms playing off each other, vertical cedar siding that’s gonna silver out beautifully over the next few years. Forest on three sides, zero neighbors in sight 🌲

If you’ve got a piece of land waiting for something like this, reach out. Our design team is ready to help you get there. 🙌

Tucked away residence in the trees of Washington State🌲

This panelized home was designed for the site, crisp iron grey vertical board and batten siding paired with a dark single-slope roof and black window frames. The front elevation is built around the views, with a stacked grid of large picture windows on both floors flooding the interior with light and framing the surrounding forest.

The structure sits on a raised pier foundation, lifting the deck up into the canopy and keeping the home light on the land. Outdoor living off the main level extends the footprint without expanding the build, perfect for morning coffee in the trees or dinner under the open sky.

As always, our panelized wall system means the exterior was framed, ZIP sheathed, and pre-fitted with windows, doors, and siding in our factory before arriving on site. Watertight in days, predictable in cost, built to last.

We don’t usually share interior photos, but these were too good to hold back. 🫡

This recently completed home in Maine is a testament to what thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can produce. The open-concept main living area is anchored by our expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door wall, which floods the space with natural light and opens directly onto the deck with sweeping mountain views. The generous window package throughout the home means every room, including the primary suite and ensuite bath, captures that same incredible ridgeline scenery. Wide-plank white oak hardwood floors run throughout, and the clean lines let the views and natural light do the talking. 😎

As always, our scope covers the exterior building kit: the panelized walls, windows, doors, siding, and roofing. The beautiful interior finishes you’re seeing here were completed on-site by the owner’s local contractor, informed by our full interior space plan and floorplan. When the whole team executes at this level, the results speak for themselves.💯

If this is the kind of home you’ve been dreaming about, whether this exact design or something entirely your own, please reach out. Our design team is ready to help you get there. 🙌

Showcasing one of our upcoming builds! A house and workshop combination on 10 acres in the Hudson Valley. A beauty 😍

Our clients came to us with a clear vision: they wanted a home and a fully functional working studio on the same property, and they did not want to sacrifice one for the other. What made this project especially exciting for us was the dual purpose nature of the build. This is not just a home with a spare room that doubles as a workspace. It is a properly designed, full scale workshop and textile studio that happens to share a property with a beautifully laid out residence, the two connected seamlessly by a breezeway.

The total square footage comes in at 2,672 sf. The living side of the building delivers 1,270 sf of thoughtfully designed residential space, and the workshop side mirrors that with 1,270 sf dedicated entirely to making and creating. The roof plane on the workshop was designed from day one to be solar ready, so the infrastructure is there when the time comes.

Exterior finishes include dark board and batten siding and a standing seam metal roof, a combination that always photographs well but more importantly holds up for decades with minimal maintenance. Continuous exterior insulation will yield a tight, energy efficient building, to keep monthlies as low as possible during the cold winter months and hot summers. 🫡

As with all of our projects, our kit covers everything needed for the exterior shell: framing, ZIP sheathing, windows, doors, siding, roofing, and all structural components, delivered to site in a panelized kit that goes together in a matter of days.

If you are thinking about a build like this, or something entirely different, reach out to learn about our process and pricing. We would love to help you get started. 🙂

The exterior is complete on this 1,877 square foot build in Vermont!

This 2-story home (above the foundation level) was built using our unique, cost-effective, and fully customizable factory-built panelized wall system. Panels are framed, ZIP-sheathed, and pre-fitted with windows, doors, and siding in our factory before arriving on site. The result is a high-quality, high-performance building envelope that was erected and watertight in a matter of days, even in the middle of a Vermont winter.

The first floor (1,301 sq. ft.) features an open kitchen, pantry, half bath, and spacious living/dining area across the main wing, with a separate bedroom wing housing two bedrooms, a full bath, mudroom, and closet. The second floor (576 sq. ft.) adds two more bedrooms and a full bath tucked above the double-height living space. The lower level includes a drive-under garage set into the hillside, wrapped in stacked natural stone. Exterior finishes include charcoal board-and-batten siding, a standing seam metal roof, and a natural stone foundation. Clean, durable, and built to last!

Whether this design speaks to you, or you have something else entirely in mind, our full design team is ready to take your concepts and help bring them to life. Reach out to get started!

*P.S. we will circle back with interior photos once it’s complete!

Showcasing one of our 2026 builds here! Sometimes, we are the ones inspired by our clients 😍

This beautiful new building is going to be located in Upstate NY. The couple building this came with a very clear vision of what they were looking for, endeavoring to make the process simple and cost predictable from the jump. Going the “conventional” design, bid, build route leaves you unsure on your price until the day your project is finished. We offer cost certainty on day 1 before you begin ✅

The total square footage here is 2,092 and our kit price is $85 per square foot for a total of $177,820. This includes everything needed for the exterior of the building; framing, windows, doors, siding, roofing, waterproofing, and delivered in a panelized kit that goes together in no more than a handful of working days⏳

We have so many new projects coming this year all of which are as unique and incredible as the next. If you’re considering building a new ground up project, definitely reach out to learn about our process, pricing, and the benefits! 🙂

interior photos for years, and we have always been cautious about sharing them. The reason is straightforward: our scope does not include interior construction, which is completed on site after delivery. What we provide is a panelized kit for the exterior shell. That said, two things are true: our exterior design includes a complete interior space plan and floorplan, so we are closely involved in how the home is laid out. Plus, these photos were simply too compelling to keep to ourselves.

Sara’s custom 2,850 square foot home in Litchfield County, Connecticut (took a lot of time and thought to design!) turned out exactly as we anticipated. Her thoughtful and unique material choices, paired with the natural movement throughout the home, make everything feel cohesive and intentional. It feels welcoming the moment you step inside. Congrats to Sara on her new forever home.

A special thank you to Jon Kreye for making the trip to capture these photos, and for bringing with him the fresh snowfall. He is one of our favorite photographers in the field, documenting standout projects across the country, and we’re looking forward to working with him again soon!
