A little extra room can make a big difference. 🏡

This 20' x 40' steel building pairs a 10' x 40' lean-to with a practical layout, giving the owner more covered space to put to use. Finished in Charcoal siding, Alamo trim, and a Galvalume roof, it’s a sharp-looking build with functionality built in.

Behind the finished product, our team handled the clearing, grading, soil remediation, rock spreading, and 4" concrete slab before bringing the structure together.

The details that complete this build:
- Insulated roof and walls
- (1) 10' x 8' roll-up door
- (1) 36" x 80" walk door
- (1) 3' x 3' window

This 30'x40'x12' steel building adds even more usable space with a 12'x40' lean-to—giving our customer extra covered area alongside a fully enclosed building.

Here's what this build includes:
- 30'x40'x12' steel building
- 12'x40' lean-to
- 4" concrete slab
- Insulated roof and walls
- (2) 3'x3' windows
- 36"x80" walk door
- 10'x10' Bronze roll door

The Burnished Slate siding and trim paired with a Galvalume roof bring everything together for a sharp, clean finish.

More than a fresh look—a whole new level of functionality. 👀

This property transformation included several improvements designed to make the space more usable, from improved grading and soil remediation to new concrete areas throughout the property.

Here's what our team completed:
- Clearing & grading

- 1,200 sq. ft. of new driveway

One project. A lot of work behind it. 🏗️

Before the steel went up, we got the site ready with grading and soil remediation, followed by a 4" concrete slab and a new concrete driveway leading directly to the building.

Then came the 36'×45'×12' steel building, finished with:

▪️ Burnished Slate siding & trim
▪️ Black roof with Black roof trim
▪️ Insulated roof & walls
▪️ 36"×80" walk door
▪️ 10'×10' roll door
▪️ 10'×10' garage door frameouts
▪️ Customer-supplied 48"×36" windows installed
▪️ Gutters & downspouts
