Before the new build could even begin, the project involved removing trees, relocating an existing 12' x 24' building, demoing the old cover, grading the site, recovering and spreading rock, soil remediation, and pouring a new 4" concrete slab.

The finished result is a new 24' x 35' x 10' combo building with:
• Horizontal siding
• (4) headers and base plates for the cover
• (4) post wraps
• (2) 2' x 3' windows
• (1) 36" x 80" walk door
• (1) 8' x 8' roll door
• Insulated roof and walls in the enclosed 24' x 14' x 10' section

A full transformation from site prep to finished structure, all built around the customer’s vision for the property.
