Two years ago an elderly customer of mine had a leak in this same spot and I had to patch a small spot that was cut out....

Two years ago an elderly customer of mine had a leak in this same spot and I had to patch a small spot that was cut out. Plumber said it had all been replaced and good to go. Exactly two years later a new plumber had to go in and replace what the first one didn’t! Anyway, she’s good to go now! This one was on the house! No Charge! Glad I could help!
