Half bathrooms may be small, but they can make a big difference in how your home functions. We love incorporating powder baths into our floor plans, especially for homeowners who love to host or spend a lot of time outdoors by the pool. They're a great way to keep muddy shoes, wet feet, and pool towels from making their way through the house while giving guests their own space to use.

They're also a great place to add some of the homeowner's personality! We can keep them cost-effective while still making them feel polished and inviting since they're often the bathroom guests use most.
