UA Local 322 is proud to represent the skilled men and women who help build and maintain the communities we call home. As we raise our flag today, we recognize those who have served, sacrificed, and continue to work toward a stronger future for all of us.

Starting with a strong foundation. 💪

Our 1st Year Apprentices recently participated in Rigging training, learning the fundamentals of safely moving, lifting, and securing materials on the jobsite. From understanding equipment and load calculations to proper signaling and safety procedures, these skills are essential for success in the pipe trades.

Through classroom instructions and hands-on training, our Local 322 apprentices are building the knowledge, confidence, and professionalism that will serve them throughout their careers.

After earning first place at the New Jersey State Apprenticeship Competition, Chris Delgrande Jr. and Ja'Quan Feliciano are representing UA Local 322 at the District 1 Pipe Trades Apprenticeship Competition this week.

These two apprentices have put in the work, sharpened their skills, and earned their place among the region's top competitors. We're proud to stand behind them as they represent Local 322 in Connecticut.

Learning by doing. 🔧💧

Our 2nd Year Apprentices recently got hands-on experience in their Water Supply Systems class, taking apart and examining backflow preventers to better understand their components, operation, and maintenance.

Training like this gives apprentices the opportunity to move beyond the classroom and work directly with the equipment they'll encounter in the field.

By understanding how these critical devices protect our drinking water systems, they're building the knowledge and skills needed to become the next generation of highly trained Local 322 craftsmen.

The future of the trade starts with quality training.

We're heading back to Morey's Pier in Wildwood for another wonderful day of appreciation for the members of Local Union 322 -- it's one of those days you don't want to miss!

Every year this day brings the membership together -- on the boardwalk, on the rides, at the BBQ, and everywhere in between. It's a chance to relax, catch up, and enjoy everything that makes this Local what it is! 💪

Local 322 members Kyle Chute and Kevin Eckert Jr., working for Kisby Lees Mechanical, recently completed a boiler replacement, upgrading the mechanical system with precision, skill, and attention to detail.

From demolition to final installation, projects like this showcase the expertise and craftsmanship our members bring to every jobsite.
