Today, we celebrate the hardworking men and women who built this country -- and those who continue building it every day!

Labor Day is a reminder of the strength, skill, and solidarity of the union workforce. We are proud to represent the dedicated Plumbers, Pipefitters & HVAC/R Service Technicians of Local 322 and the work they do throughout South Jersey and beyond.

To all of our members: thank you for your hard work, craftsmanship, and your commitment to the trade. Enjoy a safe and well-deserved Labor Day with your families!

2027 Apprenticeship Recruitment
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Division

Applications will be submitted IN PERSON at Local Union 322.

There will only be 75* applications available at the Local, on a first-come, first-served basis.

REQUIREMENTS: A copy of birth certificate and high school diploma or GED, copy of high school transcript, and three letters of reference, copy of drivers license MUST be presented to receive an application. You must be 18 years of age and have a valid photo driver's license without major infractions. Successful applicants will be required to pass a drug screening. Veterans, please include a copy of your DD-214.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Make sure all documents are COPIES, originals will not be accepted and copies will not be made on premises.

2026 Apprentice Graduation Dinner Celebration:
Consider this your official excuse for a night out! 🪩🎶

UA Local 322 is proud to host the Apprentice Graduation Dinner Celebration, honoring the graduating apprentices from the 2021-2026 classes. This special evening recognizes the dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment demonstrated throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Full night of food, music, and dancing at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

Cocktail Hour begins at 6PM at The Pool at Harrah’s, with Dinner Celebration to follow starting at 7PM.

Good company, great music by GoodMan Fiske Band, and plenty of memories waiting to happen!

As graduating apprentices, there will be a free ticket for yourself, and you are able to purchase additional tickets for anyone you would like to bring.
