Bread day on the homestead. Mixed up a few loaves yesterday to keep the house stocked for the week. There’s something satisfying about turning simple ingredients into warm, fresh bread that fills the house with its aroma. The loafs pictured were proofing. They were thoroughly enjoyed after cooking. 🍞
