2 bath remodel. I took this job over from a "contractor". He cut massive holes in 9 floor joists for a bath vent in the first floor, when it could have been routed down through the basement. Big structural no-no. The upstairs bathroom floor bounced when stepped on, and he had told the homeowners he could put natural stone on top of it. Careful who you hire!
