"Looks clean on the outside... but inside was a different story. 🐭 Mice built a nest, chewed through the wiring, and shorted out the capacitor. Hidden issues like these can leave you without A/C when you need it most. Regular maintenance helps catch problems before they become costly repairs." 🔧❄️

😳 These are real condenser coils from air conditioners before cleaning.

Over time, dirt, cottonwood, grass clippings, and debris clog the coil, forcing your AC to work much harder than it should.

A dirty condenser can lead to:
❌ Higher electric bills
❌ Poor cooling performance
❌ Longer run times
❌ Increased wear on the compressor
❌ Shorter system life

A professional AC cleaning restores airflow, improves efficiency, and helps your system perform its best all summer. ☀️❄️

🎉 Limited-Time AC Cleaning Special – Just $88!

If your outdoor unit looks anything like these, it's time for a cleaning.

Found the outdoor condensing unit had settled and was sinking out of level, causing stress on the compressor and refrigerant lines. Removed the unit and re-leveled the area using topsoil and stone for a stable foundation. Reinstalled and leveled the condenser, ensuring proper support and operation.
