Why should you sign up for property maintenance?
We have just about seen any and every possible scenario is why.

We have seen busted irrigation lines, doors left open, windows busted, boathouses flooding with busted pipes, failed septic systems, sink holes, trashed homes from renters, and have even gotten a wild deer out of a homeowners house!🦌 (That was a fun day)

When the guys shows up to provide property maintenance, they aren’t just their to do a job and leave. They are checking the overall health of the landscape, home, and property in general. Any issues or red flags is reported immediately to management and we do whatever we can to remedy it right away.

What a fun project! The guys wrapped this up two weeks ago and it was one of our most challenging projects so far with steep terrain and navigating through the weather. Anytime it rained this job was inaccessible so it made it very difficult.

The guys took this property and added tiered boulder wall systems along with a lot of different patios, walkways, mulch, vaneer stone, and also an accessible path way to the bottom.

It was not easy but it is a project we are all very proud of and we are always up to the challenges of bringing customer’s property back to life!!

SML Landscape Designs is looking for a creative, motivated individual to lead our digital marketing efforts and help showcase some of the best landscape and hardscape projects in Southwest Virginia.

This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for storytelling through video, photography, and social media. You’ll be responsible for capturing our work in the field and turning it into engaging content that helps grow our brand and attract new customers.

Responsibilities
• Capture professional photos and videos of projects before, during, and after completion.
• Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Post consistently and maintain an active online presence for the company.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content, including reels and project highlights.
• Fly drones for aerial photography and video (preferred but not required).
• Work alongside crews to document progress and completed work.
• Help develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
• Maintain a library of high-quality media for future advertising and marketing.

Qualifications
• Experience with photography and videography.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Ability to edit videos and photos using professional software.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Drone certification is a plus but not required.
