The snow started at 2 AM.

By 6 AM, the grocery store parking lot had 8 inches and counting.

Their regular plow company? Slammed. "We'll get to you when we can—probably by noon."
Noon means: Missed deliveries. Customers driving past to competitors. Lost revenue. Liability if someone slips in an unplowed lot.

They called us at 6:30 AM. "Can you help?"
