Remember when doing business meant actually talking to someone?
We do and we’re bringing it back.
Electrix has officially removed all forms of communication that are not verbal from our business phone number.
That means no texting and no voicemail.
From now on, if you need to schedule electrical service, request a free estimate, follow up on a project, or simply have a question:
Pick up the phone and give us a call.
If we don’t answer, we’re probably with another customer or working on a job. Since there’s no voicemail, simply try us again a little later.

Why the change?
Because we miss the days when you could call a business, talk to a real person, figure out what you needed, and get on with your day.
No wondering if we saw your text.
No wondering if your voicemail went through.
No endless back-and-forth messages.
Just real people having real conversations.
Maybe it’s old-fashioned.
Maybe we just miss 1997.
We think that’s a good thing.
