What you’re looking at is the old restaurant across from rapid Roberts in Eureka Springs. It sat vacant for a long time until Dave Teigen purchased the property for his insurance company. We had started off in the interior doing a demo job on the entire inside taking down 90% of the walls and rebuilding them to suit Dave needs. We have just completed the exterior painting and the old places nice Pardee exception of doing the facia and putting gutters on. The old steeple Tower is definitely a challenge, but we managed to get it painted. If you’re needing new seamless gutters or exterior paint or even an add-on, give us a call. 870-754-2893
