Lark's Creations My favorite place as a child was my Grandpas wood shop, the smell of a wood shop always takes me back to that spot!

He was the first one to teach me about wood and showed me how to carefully widdle my first stick down beside the bon fire. As I got older I tried different mediums, pencil, charcoal, ceramic sculpture and acrylic paints. I found that I dislike using color but love sculpting. Then I rediscovered my first love through my husband and his carpentry. Practicing on his wood scraps for a few years I sett

led on making hair sticks and playing with different woods then broadened into the more exotic woods. I hope that you enjoy what I bring out of the wood as much as I have loved bring it to life!
