Hey! My name is Josh Miller. I am the co-owner of Iron Oak Contracting, alongside my brother Timothy. We are two young, God-fearing fathers who decided it was time to stop working for somebody else and start building something of our own! And honestly, we figured, why not make our customers reap the rewards?
That’s how Iron Oak Contracting was born.
We started this business because we genuinely enjoy the work. We like tearing things down, moving things around, getting our hands dirty, and taking something that looks like a complete mess and turning it into a clean, finished job.
Most people look at a demolition project and think, “That’s going to be a headache.” We look at it and think, “What a blessing! Let’s get started!”
But Iron Oak is about more than simply completing jobs. We’re working to build something that belongs to us—something we can grow, build a reputation around, and eventually look back on and say, “We created more than a business; we built a family.”
We have experience, we work hard, and we believe in treating people the way we’d want to be treated. We’ll listen to what you need, communicate throughout the project, and do everything we can to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
We know how frustrating it can be dealing with contractors who don’t return calls, don’t show up when they say they will, or leave you wondering what’s going on. That’s not how we want to operate.
We also believe in keeping our prices fair. We’re trying to build a reputation, not rob a bank. We’d rather do quality work at a fair price, earn your trust, and have you recommend us to your friends, family, and neighbors.
Whether you need a structure torn down, concrete removed, debris hauled away, an interior cleaned out, or simply have a project that requires a couple of guys who aren’t afraid to get dirty and figure things out—we’re ready to work.
And when we take on a job, we intend to see it through. We care about the quality of the finished product, and we want you to be able to look at the work when we’re finished and say:
“Yep. That was money well spent.”
We’re two brothers taking a skill we love and turning it into something bigger. We’re building Iron Oak for our families, our future, and for every customer willing to give us the opportunity to prove what we can do.
