Knocked out this 48x72 mother in law suit/ shop today . The shop area is equipped with 40 foot of concrete trench drain ( metal grating on the way). Will allow the customer the ability to wash down vehicles and provide space for easy water to drain . Thank to Tyler hobbs with Hobbs custom pole barns for the work.

Nice 40x40 slab this morning with 24x35 shed . Just a reminder when talking to concrete contractors that fiber does not replace the rebar or wire . The prep work under the slab is extremely important. Lack of proper sub grade and prep is the biggest failure cause for most slabs:.
