💥Job of the week-
A great customer of ours had some very heavy wear on their Labounty hydraulic shear that's mounted to their Liebherr 944. We came out on-site to fix it-- for many hours of runtime to come! We built up the worn areas flush to the bolt on cutting edges with weld. We then added several passes of Hardsurface rod to take the abrasion and impact that this shear sees over time. She's back to munching metal!!!!

We have been very busy to wrap up the last couple months of 2025. We cannot be more appreciative of all of our loyal customers, your like family to us! Thanksgiving is a time to spend with family, friends, and reflect back on what each of us is grateful for in life. At RND we sure have a lot to be grateful for! Dont let some contractors tell you something cannot be done! At RND weve been working on a large section of this boiler piping system in a fully occupied assisted living facility. Weve taken all of the challenges that this has presented us head on. From prep work, tear out, to fully functional and over 200 linear ft of pressure tested pipe, We've got you covered.

Years ago buildings used Victaulic fittings instead of welding, which are notorious for leaking. We got this customer back up and running on time and on budget with an all new supply and return WELDED piping system! What can RND do for you?

We serve the Forestry industry too! A great friend and customer of ours spit another tooth holder off of his Fecon mulching head which causes and awful vibration and way out of balance. Ive done about 4 of these in the past. Ground off the old weld, located and scored the drum to get it as close to factory position as possible, and welded it back on in the woods!

Stainless food grade welding - Customer needed their piping relocated and standoff brackets welded up to improve their plant efficiency, safety, and productivity. We showed up on plant shutdown day to knock this out for them!! This machine was a mixer/auger of coleslaw/potatoes salads.... Does your equipment or attatchments need some help? This bucket came to us in rough shape, we torched out the entire floor and side plates making for a clean slate. It recieved new metal, and is back digging in the dirt! Saving the customer money and downtime by having it repaired by us instead of buying new!
