As we close 2025, I want to personally thank every client, partner, and facility that has placed their faith and trust in McNamara Services.
From day one, I have believed in doing business the old-school way — where a handshake means something, your word carries weight, and integrity is not optional. That foundation continues to guide every project we take on.
We are entrusted with some of the most demanding, mission-critical facilities — environments where there is zero tolerance for error. In those settings, planning, preparation, and safety are not boxes to check; they determine the outcome. We understand that every detail matters, and we approach each job with that level of responsibility.
McNamara Services is not just another contractor — we are a value-added partner. We approach every challenge with a forward-thinking mindset and a “never say no” attitude when it comes to finding solutions. Our goal is simple: deliver results the right way, every time.
Over the past three years, our growth has been tremendous — built entirely on word of mouth. We do zero advertising because we believe the quality of our work and the level of service we provide speak louder than anything we could ever put on paper.
But success is not measured by growth alone.
We strongly believe in giving back to the communities that support us. In 2025, McNamara Services was proud to contribute to the St. Paul Park Food Shelf, support community efforts in Hastings, and make donations to local schools and youth programs. Investing in our community is just as important as investing in our equipment and operations. Strong communities build strong businesses.
Family is at the core of everything I do. Danielle and I are proud to raise our 8-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son in an environment where hard work, responsibility, and integrity are lived out every day. They already help on our farm — running equipment, doing chores, and raising cattle, pigs, and chickens. Through that work, they are learning what true effort looks like and seeing firsthand the results that come from putting in the time. They are also beginning to understand the business side of things — how planning, commitment, and follow-through bring everything together. Those lessons matter just as much as anything we accomplish professionally.
In 2025, we had the opportunity to serve clients on projects both large and small — from right here in our backyard to communities across Minnesota, including Marshall, Albert Lea, Carlton, Wrenshall, Superior, Wisconsin, and parts of Iowa.
